iPhone Support
Extract the zip file and drag the folder into iTunes (alternatively, in iTunes go to File > Add Folder and find the extracted folder). Sync your iPhone and when finished navigate to Settings > Sound > Ringtones and your new ringtones will be listed at the top.

Blackberry Support
You should have received a micro SD adapter with your phone that you can plug into your computer's USB port. You will want to unzip the RCP Ringtones file and move the mp3s to the folder labeled "ringtones" on your micro SD card. When you put the card back in your phone, you should be able to access and use your new tones. There is another method for the Blackberry using Bluetooth outlined on our wiki.

How to open a Zip file (.zip)
We recommend the free, open source 7zip for all your zipping and unzipping needs. Run the zip file with 7zip and extract the included folder.

How to get the tones to your phone
Due to the wide variety of mp3-ready mobile phones in the market today, we cannot provide full support for every phone (yet). For now, try checking in our (in-progress) Ringtones Wiki to see if somebody has written instructions for your phone or a similar model.
