RCP is short for Recording Productions, our experimental and commercial electronic sound lab.

For more than five years, we have been producing classic and interesting ringtone sounds for modern mobile phones. We started out making tones for our own phones, because the handsets were not equipped with any decent rings. Even today, many manufacturers fail to include good, default audio within their devices, and because of this we will continue to provide some of the best standard and independently produced ringtones available.

Our tones are designed with both modern and vintage electronic equipment in a state-of-the art professional sound studio and made available in MP3 format (for most modern mobile phones) and M4R format (for the iphone). With your support we can remain dedicated to the art of crafting classic, professional, and cool ringtones. Thank you.

End User License Agreement For RCP Tones, Audio Files Or Software
Notice to user: this is a contract. By downloading RCP Tones ringtones, audio files, or software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not purchase, download, install, or use any RCP Tones ringtones, audio files, or software. Your use of the RCP Tones ringtones, audio files, or software is conditioned upon your prior acceptance of the terms of this end-user license agreement. You agree that the RCP Tones ringtones, audio files or software, constitutes proprietary information and material that is owned by Recording Productions Inc. and/or its principals, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright, and that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except in compliance with the terms of this agreement.

No portion of the RCP Tones ringtones, audio files or software may be reproduced in any form or by any means, except as expressly permitted hereunder. You shall be able to store the RCP Tones ringtones, audio files, or software on any private storage system you desire. You agree that you will not distribute or disseminate all or any part of the RCP Tones ringtones, audio files, or software through any on-line service.

(b) ANY RCPTONES RINGTONES, AUDIO FILES, OR SOFTWARE DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CHARGES, TAXES OR FEES APPLIED BY YOUR NETWORK OPERATOR, CELLULAR SERVICE PROVIDER OR WIRELESS PROVIDER, AND YOU WILL BE FURTHER SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM, SOFTWARE, IPHONE, CELL PHONE, PERSONAL DIGITAL ASSISTANT OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OR USE OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL.
