For transferring mp3’s, You can use two methods:

[edit] Using Data Cable

1. You need to install Nokia PC Suite Using CD that comes with the phone before using this method.
2. Each Nokia N70 ME Phone comes with a Data Cable. Now all you need to do is connect the Data Cable with your phone and your computer’s USB Slot
3. Once connected, Open Windows Explorer
4. Now Click on Nokia Phone Browser, which will be below Control Panel
5. After Clicking it, You can either copy your mp3 files to Phone memory Or Card Memory

[edit] Using Card Reader

1. You need to have a Card Reader before using this method.
2. Connect your Card Reader to your computer’s USB Slot
3. Insert your phone’s Memory card into the Card Reader
4. As you enter your Memory Card, you will see an additional Drive being created in Windows Explorer
5. Click on that drive and copy your mp3 files to Sounds folder
6. If there is no Sounds folder then create one
