How to Transfer Ringtones to a Windows Mobile Phone

  1. Plug phone into computer 
  2. Run active sync 
  3. Click browse device 
  4. Find the RCP tone mp3 that you would like to upload and drag it into the devices My Documents Folder 
  5. Disconnect device 
  6. Go to “settings” 
  7. Go to “Sounds & Notifications” 
  8. Select “Notifications” Tab 
  9. Choose event in the event drop down box 
  10. Change the ringtype and ringtone for the certain event note: if the ringtone does not show up, try moving it into a My Ringtones folder or the my ringtones folder under the Windows drive on your device
