How to Transfer Ringtones to a Samsung Alias (u740)
- Email the mp3 ringtone as an attachment to yournumber@vzwpix.com.
- When you receive the text message, hit the ‘Options’ button on the message and chose option 5 ‘Save As Ringtone.’
- Choose no for set as ringtone.
- Your ringtone is now saved onto your Samsung Alias.
To set it as a ringtone or alert:
- Go to get it now from the menu
- Go to choice 1 [music & tones]
- Go to choice 3 [my ringtones]
- Choose the ringtone you wish to set.
- Press the left lower bumper [set as]
- Now you can set as anything. 1 for ringtone, 3 and then 1 for txts.
