Ordered ringtones but haven’t received a download link?

What do I do with this Zip file (.zip)?
We recommend the free, open source 7zip for all your zipping and unzipping needs. Run the zip file with 7zip and extract the included folder.

How to get the tones to your phone
Due to the wide variety of mp3-ready mobile phones in the market today, we cannot provide full support for every phone. However, we do recommend checking our Ringtones Wiki to see if somebody has written instructions for your phone or a similar model. We also have outlined some basic methods below. 

iPhone Support
Extract the zip file and drag the folder labeled “Rcp…”  into iTunes (alternatively, in iTunes go to File > Add Folder and find the extracted folder). Sync your iPhone and when finished navigate to Settings > Sound > Ringtones and your new ringtones will be listed at the top. 

Email ringtones to your phone
In Gmail, YahooMail, or whatever you use, send your RCP Tone as an attachment to an email. Send the email to one of the following addresses, depending on your provider, replacing the x’s with your phone number.

When you receive the text message, try to navigate to the attached file and save it. Try the ‘options’ or ‘menu’ button and look for an option to save the file. If you’re not too handy with navigating the deep dark depths of cell phones, maybe you have a friend who is? Once you successfully save the file, it should appear in your list of possible ringtones or sounds. Alphabetically, it will show up under “R” for “RCP.”

Bluetooth Transfer
Does your phone have Bluetooth? Many brand new phones use this technology, including the Motorola RAZR line. Be warned, however, that some service providers (like Verizon) cripple your phone’s built-in Bluetooth functionality. Try to get your Bluetooth-enabled computer to communicate with your phone.

Data Cable
If you received a data cable with your phone, or there is one available for purchase, you should be able to transfer mp3s with it.
